Marc, proclaiming himself to be the “Pancit King”, is an understatement to his insatiable love and passion for Filipino food, specifically for Filipino noodles. Hailing from Pasig, it is his aim for this blog to be a reference for foodies to explore and revisit the different places of the Philippines through the art and science of pancit – how it is made, how it is served and even how it is eaten. Most Filipinos of this generation are yet to discover the richness of our culture and traditions through our cuisine. Through the regional varieties of this classic Pinoy comfort food, it will be interesting to note our culinary identity that is at par or may even be superior than our neighboring Thailand’s pad thai, Vietnam’s pho or even Japan’s ramen.
