Last weekend, The “Pancit King” went to Ilocos for a conference held at the Centennial Arena of Laoag. After the conference, I went around the city to try out authentic and well-known varieties of Ilocano pancit. First on my go-to places as suggested by a tricycle driver is La Moda. Located at the corner of Lagasca and P. Lazano streets, this old panciteria is right at the middle of the city’s downtown.
